SYNOPSIS
“The Pregnant Women” is a social drama, a road movie on foot. It tells the story of Juana and Carmela, two pregnant women who set off on a quest for help leaving their home in the outskirts of a town to several hospitals on the border of Argentina and Brazil.
On this trip, they will face the lack of solidarity and failure of the health system of those countries, situations that lead them to a strong friendship.
